Data on City priorities and objectives
Resets due to insufficient notice are costly events that Code Enforcement can avoid with thorough title research prior to notice.
Hearing: A proceeding by an independent administrative officer to determine whether or not a property is in violation of the City’s minimum property maintenance code. Reset: A hearing judgment requiring the case to be heard again, sometimes because of a legal or administrative error. Notification: Before each hearing, Code Enforcement must give the property owner ample time to prepare and correct the cited violations.
