Progress in 2018

Note:  Loss of a plan review staff member in Q1 and loss of the Chief Plan Reviewer in Q2 contributed to unusual delays. In Q2 the Department hired a replacement entry-level staff member, and management anticipate the arrival of a new Chief Plan Reviewer during Q3. On-boarding will take a few weeks, and this division is expected to be at full capacity by Q4.
