Progress in 2018

Note:  This measure covers the number of times the Health Department has addressed an environmental health complaint. This covers complaints made to NOHD regarding violations of Chapter 66 (Smoke-Free & Sound Ordinances) or Chapter 82 (public health nuisances). This number only considers the number of complaints that the Health Department is able to address, it does not cover the repeat inspections per complaint or complaints that they were unable to address. This also does not mean that a resolution was found for each complaint.
